Arseniy Strokovskiy, an accordionist and lecturer at the University of Music in Würzburg, Germany, serves on juries for international music competitions.
Strokovskiy’s concert engagements span across France, Italy, Finland, Russia, Germany, Japan, Slovakia, Serbia, and Lithuania, including notable appearances at major music festivals like Manifeste at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, PhilHARMONIKA at the Berlin Philharmonie, and PIF Castelfidardo in Italy.
Regularly featured in theatrical productions and concert projects, Strokovskiy has graced stages at renowned venues such as Alte Oper in Frankfurt, Landestheater in Coburg, Staatstheater in Darmstadt, and Pfalztheater in Kaiserslautern, among others.
He has premiered works by contemporary composers, including performances at the prestigious International Festival "Bayan and Bayanists" at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music in Moscow.
Arseniy Strokovskiy completed his music education at the Moscow State Institute of Music named after A.G. Schnittke, followed by an assistantship-internship under the guidance of Professor Sergey Osokin. Awarded a scholarship by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), he pursued advanced studies at the University of Music in Würzburg under the tutelage of Professor Stefan Hussong, graduating with distinction from two programs.
During his academic journey, he has earned recognition as a laureate of esteemed international accordion competitions held in Spain, Italy, Finland, Russia, China, Australia, and New Zealand. A significant milestone in Strokovskiy's career occurred with his victory at the prestigious accordion competition in Klingenthal, Germany, in 2016.
